In-person consultations are about 45 minutes giving you plenty of time to try on styles, compare stones, and talk through your options with your designer. Virtual consultations are 30 minutes and are designed to cover a lot of ground quickly. Either way, there's never a rush - this is supposed to be the fun part, and we treat it that way.

Absolutely. If you can't make it to one of our showrooms, our virtual consultations give you the same one-on-one designer experience from wherever you are. Sessions are 30 minutes over Google Meet. You'll discuss your vision, review diamond options, explore settings, and start the design process, all without leaving your couch.
